 We have been advised by IQS that effective 11/1/2018 there will be a charge for their web services as follows:

CASUAL USERS OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS WEBSITE

The fee to print or download a document will be $.50 per page with UNLIMITED searching.

FREQUENT USERS OF THE WEBSITE (ACCOUNTS)

Each USER ID (ACCOUNT) will have UNLIMITED access to search, and the ability to print/dowload documents at the rate of .50 per page.

  Each USER ID (ACCOUNT) will be able to add Image Credit by doing the following:

Once logged in with your account, go to "My Account" on the top menu, and click on "My subscription". This will allow you to pay for your pages from your image credit.
